For more plan detail please contact the AGC of North Dakota office and we can send you a plan sheet and get you in contact with other members who are plan participants.  If you have need for Davis Bacon Act coverage this qualifies, but is not limited to only Davis Bacon project employees.  This plan is structure for the construction employer to provide health coverage to their hourly employees at a competitive cost.

Construction Employee Pension Trust Fund
This plan offers retirement planning for the construction employer who knows the value of a good retirement plan in retaining a competent workforce.  The plan allows the employer to participate on the prevailing wage (Davis Bacon) portion or the 401k portion, or both.  The prevailing wage portion is only available for those qualified hourly wage employees, but the new 401k portion provides a benefit for the owner and highly compensated salaried employees under the Safe Harbor and “offset” language incorporated into the new plan.  The Participation Agreement allows employers to include or exclude certain classes not identified in the wage determination specific to certain project.  Employees are 100% vested immediately in the prevailing wage portion and each employer can tailor the vesting schedule to their liking on the 401k portion. Also, there are, no front end or back end, charges associated with the plan.

For more detailed information on the plan contact the AGC of North Dakota office at 701-223-2770.
