Description

The Emotionally Intelligent Leader is a full-day, in-person course designed to help leaders manage high-pressure situations, communicate effectively, and build stronger, more motivated teams. Using the EQ Assessment and hands-on exercises, participants will improve self-awareness, control emotional triggers, and lead with empathy and clarity to drive better project outcomes.

This workshop aims to deepen participants’ understanding of emotional intelligence in leadership. Attendees will explore the four domains of emotional intelligence and their critical role in the workplace. The session will introduce several frameworks designed to enhance effective communication, optimize feedback utilization, and regulate emotions during crucial conversations. These frameworks will equip participants with the tools to transition from emotionally reacting to thoughtfully responding, thereby fostering a more emotionally intelligence leadership style.
