    Event Description:
    A Joint meeting with the Omaha District Corps of Engineers has been scheduled at the DoubleTree Hotel, 1616 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska on May 9 - 10, 2018.

    1. Any items you would like discussed at the meeting should be sent to sgerhardt@agcnd.org by April 18, 2018 for inclusion in the meeting agenda
     You can also call the AGC of ND Office at 800-472-2120 to provide agenda items.
     
    Hotel reservations should be made direct with the DoubleTree Hotel (Phone: 402-346-7600 direct or 1-800-222-TREE national reservation line). The block room rate is $134.00 plus tax, single.  Rooms in the block will be held only until April 9, 2018.  When making your reservation, mention that it is in conjunction with the AGC of North Dakota, Group Code: AGC.

    Registration for the meeting is $250 and covers costs of this function for those in attendance at the meeting.  The fee includes the meeting room rental, food and beverages at the social, and a breakfast and lunch during the meeting. The Corps of Engineers and their spouses will be guests of AGC for the social.  Contractors’ spouses are also welcome at the reception.  Dress for all events is business casual.
     
    All registered attendees will be sent a list of compiled agenda items and a more detailed schedule as soon as they are available.
     
    Cancellation/Refund Policy: There will be no refunds made due to inclement weather and/or for cancellations after April 18, 2018, and will be billed the full amount.
