AGC of North Dakota provides free hazard control assistance to the membership via on-site and/or technical assistance and training opportunities.

AGC of North Dakota is honored to count among the membership some of the safest contractors in the world.


On-Site Assistance: AGC can help with hazard remediation, inspections and audits, incident investigations, and more. These on-site visits are voluntary, oriented to your needs, and free.

Technical Assistance: Help with details such as program administration, incident trends, and regulatory compliance are all freely available to members of AGC of North Dakota.

Training and Education: Free courses (both administrative and hazard-based) are scheduled throughout the state. Members can also request assistance with initiatives at their facilities.

Safety DVD Library: DVDs are available for members to freely borrow at their convenience.

Safety Committee: The Safety Committee represents the membership and meets regularly.

MSHA Alliance: The alliance looks out for the interests of members with mining activities and those potentially subject to MSHA jurisdiction.

AGC of ND Safety Awards: Members with safe & healthy work environments are recognized for their successes at the annual convention.
