Carissa Metzger has a proven track record of using her expertise and attention to detail within project management and operations to elevate teams. After spending over a decade managing an international logistics office for one of the largest agricultural shipping companies in North Dakota, Carissa stepped into a project management position for one of the biggest national window manufacturers in the United States.

After leaving the corporate workforce to assist her husband, Greenhouse CEO/Founder Patrick Metzger, in launching the business, Carissa now helps keep the train on the tracks by focusing primarily on internal operations and project management for The Greenhouse team.

Patrick has collaborated with hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals in a diverse range of industries, from early-stage startups to established billion-dollar organizations. His true passion and focus spans across North America in helping owners grow and scale, build intentional value and exit successfully.

Aimee Smith brings with her almost two decades of knowledge in project management and client services. She started her career working for non-profit organizations and moved over to the corporate sector to working in advertising/marketing. She has worked with hundreds of clients in various industries including: banking, manufacturing, healthcare, B2B and B2C.

Over her career she’s had the opportunity to work on two Emmy Award winning documentaries as well as work on TV shows on The History Channel and Discovery Health as an associate producer. Nationally and internationally, she’s brought her knowledge and attention to detail to manage projects, budgets and clients with a positive attitude and always a smile on her face. Aimee lives by the motto every day of It’s all in the details.
