Abolish Property Taxes - If It Sounds Too Good To Be True, Maybe It Is The Keep It Local Coalition (KILC), which the AGCND Board of Directors unanimously voted to join, is a statewide coalition opposing the initiated ballot measure that seeks to abolish property tax in North Dakota. The coalition is an ideologically broad group with a central goal of maintaining local control and keeping our communities a great places to live. Should the measure pass, there are a number of unintended consequences.
